The non-profit organization “Siberian Creative Group” was established in 2001 with the aim to promote the ideas of peace, mutual understanding, tolerance and an international voluntary movement in Siberia.

SCG’s objectives include the following:

• promotion of international volunteering
• development of cooperation with national and international voluntary organizations
• organization of educational and other activities in the fields of human rights, tolerance, conflict resolution, combating racism, nationalism and xenophobia
• rendering consulting services to teachers and social workers on voluntary activities
• support of volunteer groups
• promotion of a healthy way of living
